Apple’s new Clips social video editing app officially launched today for iPhone and iPad following an unveiling last month. While we’ve yet to spend significant time with the app ourselves, the reviews so far seem to be mixed with most reviewers noting similarities to Snapchat and some early shortcomings. The reviewers seem to agree the app provides fun and promising editing features, but most also noticed the user interface proved to be a little too difficult or confusing....

What Is It? This game is similar to other racing games we’ve covered, like AG Drive. The hook here is the ability to “drift” popularized in movies like The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. The race scenes have backgrounds based in Japan. One feature I liked about the game is you can control it with either the accelerometer or thumb controls. I’m always a fan of steering by moving the iPhone or iPad; I feel more involved in the game....

While many droid characters only make electronic noises and beeps to express themselves, like R2-D2 and BB-8, there are some that can speak, such as C-3PO, who is a protocol droid, as well as the battle droids from the Clone Wars. Star Wars movies, TV shows, and video games have the tendency to introduce new droids in the franchise, with one of the latest additions being BD-1, a small droid that appears in the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game....
