Following yesterday’s report from DigiTimes claiming Apple had a new 7-inch iPad in the works for August, iMore’s Rene Ritchie today claimed Apple is actually targeting an October release, alongside the next iPhone. He also claimed his unnamed source said the device will launch for $200 to $300 and pack-in a Retina display and specs almost identical to the current iPads: Ritchie noted his source is not sure of the exact dimensions, but past rumors indicated a 7....

Apple will almost certainly unveil tvOS 11 (along with iOS 11, macOS 10.13 and watchOS 4) at WWDC in June, but not much has been said about what new stuff these software updates will bring. According to a unverified report from The Verifier published today, the Apple TV is set for a significant update with the addition of Picture-in-Picture and multi-user modes … As shown in the mockups provided by the site, tvOS 11 will add a way to handle multiple Apple IDs for the different people in the house....

Events in Riverdale steeped up a notch in last week’s episode, “Heart of Darkness,” when Betty Cooper realized that her dad, Hal, could be responsible for the murder of Jason Blossom. Her conclusion came after Hal’s revelation that his grandfather had been murdered by grandfather Blossom, and that Jason had broken off his engagement with Betty’s sister, Polly. Not only that, but a final scene revealed that Hal now has the contents of Sheriff Keller’s ‘murder board,’ plus the files that were stolen from his office....

From time to time, I find myself needing to send some files from my Mac to my iPhone, or from my phone to my computer. This is especially true with things like screenshots for reviews. In the past I have used Photo Streams or email to get the images from my phone to my Mac, but both of those are a little more annoying than they need to be.
